Our story

Passion for consumer insight

Ilonka, Sabine and Niki started their professional careers as qualitative researchers at Research International almost 20 years ago. With their passion for consumer insight and desire to excel in their field, they quickly became a great team. But as much as they enjoyed working together, adventure called.

Ilonka spent 13 years as a director at Unilever in numerous international marketing, innovation and consumer insight roles.

After executing projects for Unilever & Lost Boys, Sabine started her own successful strategic insight consultancy. Niki held posts at Blauw, Unilever and Danone, but spent most of her time exploring a wide range of topics as an independent researcher.

Business partner

With each new experience, their belief in the power of great insights grew. In 2011, Sabine, Niki and Ilonka decided to join forces again to found Insight Company – your business partner in consumer insights.
